By booking with Kwetu Voyages, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless travel experience.
All itineraries are subject to availability and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, park regulations, or unforeseen operational requirements. While we strive to deliver exactly as advertised, flexibility is sometimes necessary in safari environments.
Clients are required to comply with local laws and park regulations in Kenya and across East Africa. Kwetu Voyages shall not be held responsible for any penalties resulting from unlawful behavior.
Travel insurance is highly recommended and should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and loss of personal belongings.
All accommodations, transport, and activities are arranged with trusted third-party providers. While we maintain high standards, we act as an intermediary and are not liable for independent supplier failures beyond our control.
To confirm your safari, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required. This secures accommodations, transport, and park entries.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the safari start date. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or approved international payment platforms. All transactions must be completed in the agreed currency.
Once payment is received, a confirmation voucher and detailed itinerary will be issued.
Special requests such as dietary needs, honeymoon arrangements, or medical considerations must be communicated at the time of booking.
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair while accounting for commitments made with hotels and service providers.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
• More than 45 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee (5%)
• 30–45 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
Refunds are processed within 14–30 working days depending on payment method.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we offer flexible rescheduling options instead of cancellation penalties where possible.
Flights, visas, and third-party services may have separate cancellation policies.

We collect only necessary information such as name, email, phone number, and travel preferences to facilitate bookings and improve our services.
Your data will never be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties. It is only shared with trusted service providers directly involved in your safari (e.g., hotels, guides).
All personal data is securely stored and handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
Kwetu Voyages acts as a tour operator coordinating travel services including transport, accommodation, and guided experiences.
We are not liable for injuries, delays, loss, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, wildlife encounters, road conditions, or acts of third parties.
Wildlife safaris involve inherent risks. While all safety measures are observed, clients participate at their own risk.
We strongly advise clients to follow all guide instructions during safaris to ensure safety.
